Our free and anonymous Scottish Thistle Awards nomination process helps make sure we can recognise excellence within Scotland's tourism and events industry.
Nominating gives you the chance to highlight outstanding businesses, events and initiatives to ensure they don’t miss out on the opportunity to be in the spotlight.
There are no limits on how many you can nominate, so whether it's admiration for an amazing attraction, honouring first-class hospitability from your favourite restaurants or celebrating those working hard to make Scotland a better place to visit and live - you can nominate to your heart’s content.
We understand time is precious, so we’ve made the nominations process quick and easy!

Fill in their details and we will do the rest.
Step Three
We will confidentially contact your nominee to invite them to complete a short entry form to continue the process.
Don't forget:
- You don’t need to be nominated to enter the awards. If you want to apply on behalf of a business head straight to enter when entries open on 16 March.
- Nominations do not count as an entry. Anyone that receives a nomination will be required to complete an entry form in order to be considered for an award.
- The number of nominations received per nominee will not be taken into consideration by our judging panel.
- Your nomination will remain anonymous.
- It’s free to enter the Scottish Thistle Awards.

- Nominations are not accepted for Individual of the Year or Rising Star categories as self-entry is now allowed; please go straight to enter on their behalf.
